Our story

Over a decade,
hundreds of Kent homes.

We are passionate about what we do and this is mirrored in the quality of every project we complete. We take great pride in being reliable, committed and always completing work on time — whether it's a single door or a full rear extension.

How we work

Natural materials.
Proper craft. No surprises.

Natural materials

Lee specifies solid timber, real stone and natural finishes wherever possible. Good materials outlast trends, improve with age and reward the hand that shapes them. You'll never find MDF where oak should be.

Traditional craftsmanship

Every joint is cut and fitted by our team in Hoo, Rochester. Nothing is flat-packed and assembled on-site. We take our time, work to tolerance and finish what we start — properly. If it carries our name, it's made right.

Honest pricing

Fixed-price quotes, written down before a single board is cut. No hidden extras, no day-rate inflation, no surprises at invoice. You know exactly what you're getting — and we deliver it on time.

Our process

Four steps from first call
to finished room.

The same process for every project. Clear, straightforward and always on your terms — no pressure, no obligation at any stage.

FAQ

The questions
we get most.

How much will my project cost?

We quote line-by-line within seven days of the design visit. Kitchens start from around £24k, garden rooms from £18k and extensions from £55k depending on scope. No hidden line items, ever. You'll know the full cost before you commit.

How far do you travel?

We cover the whole of Kent. Free design visits across the county — we aim to be with you within a week of your first enquiry. Projects further afield can be discussed on request.

Do you handle planning and building control?

Yes. On projects that need it, we coordinate architects' drawings, structural calculations, party wall agreements and building control sign-off — all factored into the quote so there are no surprises down the line.

What are your lead times?

Typical lead times: kitchens 10–14 weeks, staircases 6–8 weeks, extensions 14–22 weeks. We're usually booked 8–12 weeks ahead, so the sooner you get in touch the better.

Are you insured?

Yes. £5M public liability cover with Hiscox, plus all-risks contract works insurance. Certificates are emailed to you before any deposit is taken.

What if I'm not sure what I want?

Most of our best projects started with someone who wasn't quite sure. The design visit is free precisely because it's where we work that out together — no obligation, no hard sell, just an honest conversation about what's possible.
